Who we are. Synergy Vitality Works LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company. It also does business as Joseph Redd AI. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Synergy Vitality Works LLC, including Joseph Redd AI. This policy covers synergyvitalityworks.com (opens in a new tab), josephreddai.com (opens in a new tab), our booking pages and forms, and the emails and text messages we send.

What we collect.

  • What you give us: your name, role, organization, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form, booking page, email or message.
  • Booking and purchase details: what you booked, when, the price and any coupon code. Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
  • What you share while we work together, handled under the terms for your purchase.
  • Website data: our websites use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and booking pages working and to understand visits.

How we use it. To schedule and deliver what you book, take payment, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, follow up about our services, keep records the law requires, and improve our work.

Text messages. We text you only if you check a box agreeing to it. Service texts cover your appointments and purchases. Marketing texts, such as offers and updates, go only to people who check the separate marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer, scheduling, email and text messaging platform, Stripe for payments, our video meeting tools, and our email and file storage provider. We also share it when the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. We don’t sell your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

AI tools. We use AI tools to help with our work. We don’t put your confidential information into any AI tool set to train on it.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax and accounting records. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How we protect it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure.

Your choices.

  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Reply STOP to any text.
  • Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We’ll respond within 30 days.
  • If a law where you live gives you more rights, we’ll honor them.

Children. Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We’ll post any changes here and update the date at the top.
