Who we are. Synergy Vitality Works LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as Joseph Redd AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). These terms cover your use of synergyvitalityworks.com (opens in a new tab), josephreddai.com (opens in a new tab), our booking pages and forms, and the emails and text messages we send. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Purchases. Offers under $2,000 bought through a pay link or booking page follow our Terms for Offers Under $2,000 at https://josephreddai.com/offer-terms (opens in a new tab). Larger engagements follow the signed agreement for the work. Where those terms and these differ, those terms control the purchase.
Using our sites. Use our sites only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to them, and don’t submit anyone else’s information without their permission.
Our content. The text, graphics, frameworks and other materials on our sites belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share our pages for your own use, with credit. Don’t copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
Information, not advice. Content on our sites is general information about operations and AI. It isn’t legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity or compliance advice, and it doesn’t make you a client.
Links to other sites. Our sites may link to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Text messaging terms.
- Program: Joseph Redd AI text messages, sent by Synergy Vitality Works LLC d/b/a Joseph Redd AI.
- What we send: if you agree to service texts, messages about your appointments, bookings and purchases, such as confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices. If you separately agree to marketing texts, occasional messages about our offers, events and updates.
- How you agree: by checking a consent box on one of our forms or booking pages and giving us your mobile number. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and we won’t text you again unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: our Privacy Policy at https://synergyvitalityworks.com/privacy-policy (opens in a new tab) explains how we handle your information. We don’t share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with any third party for their marketing.
No warranties. Our sites are provided “as is.” We don’t promise they’ll be free of errors or always available.
Limits on liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of our sites, and our total liability for your use of the sites, apart from any purchase, is $100.
Law and disputes. North Carolina law governs these terms. The state and federal courts in Wake County, North Carolina will decide any dispute.
Changes. We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and using our sites after the change means you accept it.
